Am i miscarrying?

I had took a plan b during the month of july. So my period came last Saturday. (The last day of the placebo week) Which i thought was weird because it usually comes on a Wednesday or thursday and i took my white pill the next day. My period was normal, but it never fully ended for some reason... I was getting brown discharge. (Usually normal at the end of my period) but yesterday i had sex and i started bleeding. Some small blood clots came out when i peed. This cant be normal...
