How to not worry about late period?

A few days ago I just had sex with a guy, we always ALWAYS use protection (condom). Whenever we finished, I always asked him "did the condom break?" And he always check it and he said it didn't break. Now I'm 2 days late, I know its only 2 days late and I shouldn't be stressing a lot which can makes my period even go late. But I just don't know how to handle it.. sometimes when I had cramps, its kinda makes me glad bcs its the sympthom of pms..
