Starting a 24 hr fast tomorrow!!
Tomorrow for 24 hours all I will be consuming is water. No food. This is just a jumpstart for weight loss and definitely not something I plan on doing long term. Fasting actually has a lot of good benefits so I don't feel like I will be doing any harm to my body except being hungry all day. Wish me luck!! I hope I can do this, I've never done one before.
