Alright, a little bit of a different topic but I’m struggling with snacks for work. What do you all bring to keep your belly happy? I’m usually go go go at work so always taking a break to eat is hard for me. What are your go to snacks?

I have all sort of snacks on hand constantly. Today it’s plums, cuties, a banana, veggie straws, popcorn, and a kashi granola bar. I generally don’t eat all my snacks in a day, but I never know what’s going to sound good to me at any moment.

Cheese, crackers, nuts, cut up veggies like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mini Kind bars or mini Clif bars. Basically anything I can put in a small baggie or pocket 😂

And fruits and veggies. Celery sticks, carrots, snap peas, grapes, bananas etc. anything that’s easy to grab and munch on quick

Nuts and peanut butter crackers, fruit if I have it. Everything else tastes too strong, can’t explain it. And any food that I loved is a hit and miss if it’s going to make me feel sick or not after one bite!

I kept a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter in my classroom. I would make a quick single piece sandwich when I didn’t have students. Otherwise I also like almonds or trial mix.

I work with kids and never have a second to stop to eat. So for me fast snacks are best. I grab granola bars, protein bars, premade smoothies, carrots/cucumbers with hummus, yogurt with fruit and granola, crackers and cheese that are pre-stacked so I can grab one and go. The more prep I do ahead of time, the better
