Advise please

I know I'm not the only one who's been struggling trying to conceive but I just needed to share for a second ... All of my cousins and friends are on baby #2 and I can't even get blessed with baby #1 my heart just aches and breaks and it's hard to be there for them even though I really want to but just hearing about people getting pregnant I can physically feel my heart breaking. What do you lady's do to stay positive cause I'm really wanting to give up on everything.
