Any one know what this is and how to get rid of it? It hurts.. it happened after I shaved my leg.. I used a brand new blade..

I’m not an expert but it looks like bad razor burn to me, which is definitely more common with a brand new razor. Ouch!
Everyone’s skin is different, but I cannot use a brand new razor without shaving cream. I usually don’t bother, but need it when using a razor for the first time or else I get bad razor too. In any case, if it is razor burn, it usually goes away in 24 hours in my experience.
