Birth control cleanse/Chaste Tree
So, I have an appointment in a few weeks to have my IUD removed, and will wait a couple months to allow my body to regulate out and then begin TTC.
I saw this advertised on Facebook last night, and looked into it because I’ve never heard about it. It’s $60 and has great reviews. The comments mention that chaste tree/Vitex are the main ingredient, and are a lot cheaper if you buy them by themselves. Any thoughts on either of them?
