Miscarriage

So Ive had 3 miscarriages (5 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks/baby stopped growing at 8) and then had my perfectly healthy rainbow baby (who is 14 months) and am now pregnant again-6 weeks. My question is are my chances lower of having a miscarriage now that my body knows what to do? All I can think about is losing this baby. I don’t have an ultrasound for a week. Does anyone have any positive stories involving this? Thanks.
