Ovulation question
So I had a dip in my bbt and have raw egg white cm. Cramping and it was a little sore during sex. Two days ago we had rough bd 🤣....anyways I still have not have a ride in lh. Opks are starting to annoy me. I have been taking them in the afternoon and not drink for 4 hours before. Is there a sudden peak of LH? Does my bbt tell me I already ovulated? Send help ❤
