Leaking cup/Tips

Hey y’all! I hope you’re having a good day but I just need some help. I started using a menstrual cup my last cycle and I just started my new cycle. During my last cycle I used pads just in case I had leakage. Every single time I checked I always had leakage! I’ve heard tips of inserting your finger first to see where your cervix and it helps to an extent but it keeps leaking! The only fold that I can actually use is the 7 fold. I’ve cried C fold but it’s too big and the punch down fold doesn’t help because I have a pretty firm cup (Lena) so every single time it’s about to fully go in, it pops open and hurts me. The 7 fold seems to be the only one that fully goes in and actually pops open. Please help a girl out!
