Makeup foundation

Question

Looking for recommendations for makeup foundation. I dont like powers since they rub off easy but the liquid ones I have tried are too oily! Looking for something that can cover light scars and freckles. Thanks in advance!!😊🤗

Esteé Lauder Double Wear foundation is the best shit I ever put on my face. It’s buildable, sets demi-matte (or at least mine does) and DOES. NOT. BUDGE. Like in 24 years of existing and 12 years of wearing make up, this foundation is the only one I’ve ever used that looks just as good at the end of the day as it did in the beginning. No cracks or creases, no smearing, no oiliness, and barely any oxidation, if any at all. I set mine with the lightest dusting of translucent powder. 
It retails in the UK for £33.50 but if you get colour matched in store and take home a sample, you can look online or in outlets for it cheaper. For example, our nearest outlet mall has it for £23.50. Definitely not the cheapest on the market but some things are worth the money and this is one of them!

I love my pressed powder from bare minerals, I find it stays really well, it’s almost half way between liquid and powder. Also I discovered PRIMER makes all the difference. I never tried it till recently cause I thought it was just overpriced lotion but it changes everything. Its really light and comfortable. I have the “good hydrations” primer also bare minerals. It actually makes the powder stay and you can build the coverage as needed, but yeah powder without it is nothing.

Mary k timewise matte 3d foundation. I was skeptical cause I’m picky about foundation but my friend recently became a Mary k consultant. So I had her match my shade and decided to try it out and I really like it. It’s not oily, doesn’t really rub off, doesn’t feel sticky or heavy and it’s buildable.

I use Covergirl Clean foundation and powder and I love it! It’s made for girls with oily skin and doesn’t clog pores. It covers really well too. I used to have TERRIBLE acne and this foundation covered my acne without making it worse. 
This is me with the foundation on and my bad acne (on my chin) before Accutane. It covered really well.
(Yes I’m eating wings, cause I love them😍)
But anyways, i highly recommend this foundation! You should definitely give it a shot!!
