My baby will turned 6 months and I'm noticed my milk supply is really dropping? Help!!!

So I'm a home stay mom so im breastfeeding 24/7 . 
my baby has been eating with the same frequency but  my milk supply is dropping . I can feel it i can see the difference I could pump a bottle every day of 8 oz but now I'm lucky if I get ,2 oz.How can I build my milk supply again?

      drop as soon as implantation starts. The 
      catch between this supply drop and a period 
      supply drop is the period supply drop comes 
      back. Pregnancy supply drop does not

   No? Then go back to the fear your period is

Pumping will in no comparison be equivalent to what baby is actually able to produce because they are way better at extracting the milk then pumps 😂

It cannot be stressed enough that the amount of milk you able to pump is NOT ever a reliable indicator of how much milk you are producing, nor how much milk baby is taking in. The healthy breastfed baby is usually much more efficient at getting milk from the breast than a pump is.

It could just be ur supply has regulated and u aren’t making more than baby needs so u aren’t getting as much when u pump. Can’t go by the size that won’t tell you anything about your supply.
