I lost my baby boy at 18 weeks on 9th August 2019. We had to medically terminate the baby as the baby has severe DS with major cardiac abnormalities and wouldn’t survive past a year due to these issues. After taking lots of medical advice we were told to go ahead with this as the baby would suffer a great deal when if he survived for a year. It was the hardest decision to make ..to terminate my boy.. we conceived after 9 years of marriage due to fertility treatments. It was the most heartbreaking thing.. I’m feeling so numb..
