another infection

so i went to the urgent care maybe 2 days ago , because i knew something wasn’t right . and it turned out i had a bacterial infection again . 🙄 the first time i had one was in december 2018 .

i don’t know what i’m doing wrong , i don’t put soap inside of my vagina , i only wash the outside because if i don’t , i don’t feel like clean. but i do drink hella water , that’s all i’ve been drinking , i’ve been eating yogurt .. and i’m gonna try some probiotics ( that was recommended )

but the doctor told me that basically theirs no way to prevent it , that some women are just prone to getting this infection more than others .
