My son will be 4 months on the 24th. Nothing about his feedings has changed. Yesterday around 10:30 am he had a huge amount of sticky dark green poop, later that day around 4pm he had another big BM but it was light brown and “normal” consistency. This morning at 3am he had another big BM that started out “normal” consistency but was mixed with light brown and dark green. While changing him he continued to poop and it looked like straight colored water pouring out. Just wondering if anyone would consider this diarrhea and if maybe I should call the doctor
