Bleeding?

So this morning was pretty normal. Daddy and I put the boy on the bus then put together our little ones swing. I went to the bathroom. Had to pee and poop. Normally when I wipe I always look but I was scrolling through a news article this time and of course I didn't look. When I went to flush the toilet bowl was full of blood.. Idk where it came from. Theres none on or in me. It wasn't there prior. I feel period cramps right now but nothing super out of the ordinary. My doctor isn't in the office today. Baby is still moving around. 37 weeks and 2 days. C section is scheduled for the 26th this month.
