Tummy time

My 8 week old has suddenly started hating tummy time. He refuses to even try and lift his head. i try doing supported tummy time with a pillow and nonsupported just on the mat but it doesnt make a difference. he used to lift his head and turn it side to side and now he just lays and screams. And he will continue to scream even when I turn him back over. I've tried doing it twice today and put a mirror infront of him and he still just screams. :( Anyone else have this issue?
