Being used as a dummy

My baby girl is 5 months, exclusively breastfed. She has never slept through the night, but since the 4 month sleep regression we have been co sleeping every night after her first or second waking. She has now got into the habit of using me as a dummy... unable to nap during the day unless she is almost constantly attached to my boob, I’m unable to do anything... is this a phase? I’m only able to put her down in her cot at night but if I leave the room she wakes up and cry’s out for me, she has a 6th sense for me not being close by. She doesn’t take a pacifier or a bottle.
