Switching to exclusively pumping

Allison • Wife and dog mom 🐾💕 one baby in heaven 👼🏻 and Khloe Ann born 6/5/19 👶🏼🎀🌸

My daughter is almost 10 weeks old and I have been breastfeeding since day one. She gets bottles when I’m away at work or for convenience reasons. She has reflux and I have a very heavy and fast let down and recently she spits up a ton but only when breastfeeding. She latches fine and I don’t have pain but she seems to break latch and make clicking noises when nursing. No matter how hard we try I can’t get her to correct it and I think it’s because of my fast letdown. I have tried her with bottles all day the last two days and she does so much better. I’m just struggling with the idea of not nursing all the time but I know it’s best for her. Any advice or anyone have to start exclusively pump and have tips?
