Temp staying the same?

My temp has been the same for the last 3 days I am 8dpo I feel like I’m out this month though my boobs are hurting and I’m having cramps like I always do before my period I have been ttc for over a year now and it the same thing every month I usually get my period symptoms 2 weeks before I start! I just want a baby!!! Does it mean I’m out if my temp is staying the same 97.9? I took a test today at 8dpo and it was a bfn😪
