Scar feels sore but is fully healed

So I’m 10months pp and had an emergency c section last October. I have the same “symptoms” I had with my daughter except for the weird feeling when I touch my incision. It also feels as if I worked out my lower abs.. I can’t describe it exactly but it’s odd. And I have a slight painful pinching feeling on the right side just how i had it with my first pregnancy(turned out I ovulated from that side)! Anyone ever felt like this and was pregnant? I’m still waiting to test. 😁 any opinions would be appreciated 🧐
