Terrible back pain and vertigo

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and I have really bad back pain, like it seems like from the epidural but extends to my whole back. It feels bruised. But also just feels like my bones hurt. I take extra strength Tylenol and Motrin and it doesn’t even touch it.

I’ve also Been having vertigo, migraines, blurred vision and nausea. Saw the nurse today and she didn’t have much answers for me, I’m seeing the chiropractor tomorrow and I see my doctor next week. This back pain is somethin tho
