First strong contraction.
I'm a first time mom. I just had my first really strong contraction. It was so bad I couldn't talk or move and just shut my eyes while my husband asked if I was okay. I know it doesn't mean much without a pattern, but it really caught me off guard. I'm five days from my due date and terrified.
