Super embarrassed ..pee question🤫🤫

I’ve always been physically active so I’ve been itching to work out postpartum. I finally got cleared, but being busy took a few days to get back to it.

So this morning I’m only warming up, and do some jumping jacks..only to have to stop IMMEDIATELY because I realize .. holy shit.. I’m PEEING myself

Like really?!? Everything our bodies go through during pregnancy and here I am trying to get back to my normal and this happens ?? Please tell me this is something a few weeks of kegals can cure or am I gonna have to start wearing pads to the gym??
