Has anyone got pregnant after 44 yrs with low AMH level?

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy at this age for the first kid? Can you share some hope with me?

Answer

I’m not 44 however, my AMH was .74 which is where a 42 year old should be at, I’m only 36. I got pregnant with medications and IUI, so depending on your level and possible genetic problems depends on the success rate.
