Large clots cycle after miscarriage

Any have really large clots the period after a miscarriage? I originally took misoprostol June 1 and passed most of it but had an iPass (mini d&c) this last Thursday and today I started what I thought was my period but then I passed three finger sized pink clots. I called the doc and the nurse said it sounds normal but to keep a close eye on it and she’s going to let the doctor know tomorrow but I don’t feel totally reassured. Just wondering if anyone else experienced something like this...
