High cervix

So I guess you can say that me and my boyfriend are TTC. I mean we’re not, not trying I’m not on bc and we don’t use condoms. Any ways I just recently checked my cervix and it’s really high but it feels slightly firm and I’m 7 dpo, I’ve been having light cramps in my lower abdomen specifically on the left side and light nausea here and there. and extreme fatigue but I don’t want to assume pregnancy. I was pretty confident that I’m not. I also have 6 days as of today before my period. I’m not sure what all that may or may not mean.
