Hard times maintaining bbt due to lack of sleep hoping for BFP
I wake up like 2 times a night to go pee and I’ve been having a hard time maintaining temps because of it. So it isn’t always consistent.
I am suppose to start AF in 2 days.
I had a small dip at 7 DPO and experienced light cramping at 9 DPO that lasted 2 hours and haven’t felt anything since. I’m currently 12 DPO and still testing negative.
I’ve been having a slow rise of temps since my dip at 7 DPO(98.40). Past few days it’s been rising .10 and this morning I rose .15 which was (98.75)
I’m still holding onto hope that I get a positive. I haven’t had any cramping at all since 9 DPO and I haven’t had any other symptoms except for yesterday I was getting nauseous from the after smell on my BFs breath from drinking cherry cola and then 5am this morning I kept smelling dirt or whatever.
My temp hasn’t dropped since my dip at 7 DPO. It’s been a slow rise.
