DEAF BABY/HELP

I need some guidance, a family member of mine recently had a newborn and was revealed after a few tests the baby is deaf. Myself and the parents are desperately seeking an online college course, tutor, special organization that offers some sort of structure for new parents of a deaf child, or anything that anyone knows about for us all to begin taking classes to become fluent in American Sign Language. We definitely have a disadvantage because we all live in a very rural area. Our small local college offers one basic class for 70$ that covers numbers colors and letters basically.
