Cramping day after ovulation..

According to my opk’s & Premom app, I hopefully ovulated yesterday FINALLY on CD 30. Today I’m cramping. Feels like AF is coming. But I just ovulated? Could it be ovulation cramps still?

Btw, I don’t know my average cycle length because I just got my period back last month after coming off the pill back in April. Also am only 10 months pp & breastfeeding so I’m sure my body is still out of whack. But we’re ttc for #2 & waited so long for a positive opk this cycle & will be so disappointed if this is AF coming.
