Bacteria in urine

Does anyone know the rating scale for bacteria in urine and what number is a UTI?

I usually have a “0” on my Urine test, but the doctor today said I had some bacteria in my urine and I saw that the urine test was “1”. Or maybe it was “-1”?

Anyway, I wish I knew what that meant. Doctor wants to see if I can flush the bacteria out naturally before prescribing antibiotics but my next appt isn’t for a few weeks. Makes me nervous to let it go that long. Thoughts?
