genital warts (to those who have experienced it)

So recently I discovered my boyfriend had multiple bumps on his penis. I noticed it while I was giving him head. He wasn’t really educated on hpv but we both agree it’s definitely what it looks to be. There’s about 5 of them throughout his penis. Needless to say we’ve been having unprotected sex for 6 months (we’re trying to get pregnant) and giving him head. I don’t have have any physical warts but am I at high risk of oral and cervical cancer now?
