Didn’t know I was pregnant

I recently went away on my honeymoon and went to and all inclusive .. I was due for my period the day I came back . I didn’t start so I decided to test & it was a positive which I am soooo happy about .. the only thing is I obv drank .. the app is saying I’m 3 weeks & 5 days ... do you think the baby is ok .....
