When did your symptoms start?

I’m 5 weeks today and I have basically no symptoms except light cramping and sore nipples. Would you be willing to share when you started to experience:
1. Nausea/Morning Sickness
2. Extreme fatigue
3. Very sore breasts
4. Acne (if you had it)
A girlfriend of mine who is now 6 months along said she had severe nausea, extreme fatigue and really bad acne almost right from the beginning. It makes me a little worried that I feel so fine 😬

Mine started right at 4 weeks and nausea has gotten a little worse over the weeks. No acne. Breasts just starting to get a little sore this week but not bad and no cramping after week 4, dizziness started in week 6. I’m 81/2 weeks now. From what I’ve seen on here symptoms vary tremendously and come and go. No two woman are alike. Most woman started getting symptoms of nausea around week 6 from what I was following but even if you never get it just consider yourself lucky. Doesn’t mean anything’s wrong.

My symptoms started around 6 weeks (just past 6 weeks). Nausea was first. I would feel nauseous when hungry and then it slowly crept in to feeling nauseous more and more and just not wanting to eat when I did decide I was hungry. I also had awful acne during the first trimester, which also came on slowly until my face was like a pizza. My boobs were a little sore, but never crazy sore like some people on here say and that went away pretty quick for me. I am still always tired and almost 25 weeks. My morning sickness and acne started to get way better after week 12.

Week 4-6 all I had was mild cramping and feeling a little sick but barely. 
Morning sickness, fatigue and breast tenderness didn't hit hard until week 6.
