What's the rule being postpartum??

So I went into early labor over a month ago. My dr said obviously since I wasn't far along I wasn't fully dilated. She said to wait the 6 weeks like normal for anything to inserted.

But what about masturbation? If I only use it on my clit is that ok?

It's been a looooooong time since we've had sex and I'm dying. I need something!! 😩

During pregnancy I wasn't able to so it's been months which is the longest we've gone without it.
