Folliculitis or Herpes?

so last week I started feeling weird (going to the bathroom a lot & blood in stool) didn’t think too much , a day before my period came my vagina was sore, started my period the next day & bumps appeared near my butthole & on vagina , painful sores. Idk what’s goin on , the dr thinks it’s herpes & did a culture, haven’t got the test back yet , I’m really jus tryna rule it out bc i been with the same guy for a year, haven’t did anything.
