Unhappy baby

My baby boy is 3 weeks and 3 days old. He’s so unhappy most of the time, all he does is sleep eat and cry. He cries when he’s awake so I carry him in my arms all day (today i carried him from 7am to 8pm) so he can get some sleep. I feel horrible, I think he’s missing out on development since we can’t play or talk. I took him to 5 different doctors, all of them said he’s just colicky. But then I see babies who are happy, who play and enjoy their parents and I get so sad. Why is he so unhappy and why can’t I help him? I tried everything there is. I don’t care about my sleep or health any more, I just want him to be happy and to enjoy his first weeks of life. I’m scared he’ll fall back on his brain development and he’ll grow up to be a sad person
