Contractions?

Today while cleaning I felt mild “period” like cramps. Could these be contractions or am I just overthinking? Currently 37 weeks 2 days

If they've stopped it could just be that you over did it a little.

I’m 37 weeks and have been having the same thing since last week. Doctor said it’s normal and they aren’t really contractions unless they become more intense and start having a pattern
