Pregnant, hcg level, symptoms??

I got two faint positives yesterday.. I have a history of one ectopic pregnancy, resulted in loss of right tube. I went to my OB this morning and had a transvaginal ultrasound. Thick endometrium and they searched and found one tiny little black speck in my uterus.. they said it could be the baby! I had my hcg drawn it was 51.... could it be possible I am just really early pregnancy !?? Help! I want to get excited but scared...

Also my symptoms are period like cramps. But nothing too painful!
