Is this what im looking for to make a baby?!

Sorry to be one of those people. Its a CM picture.

This is my second cycle actively trying for baby #2 so im trying to be more aware of what my body is doing. Is this the CM you want for making a baby? Does this mean ovulation is close? I'm on CD 13.
