Can't take him off my nipple 😭

My 3 week old suddenly WILL NOT stop eating! I mean for 6-7 hours straight if I try to take him off my breast, he SCREAMS and nothing else helps. I burp him, change him, rock him, offer a pacifier, etc and nothing helps except my breast. I am absolutely losing my mind. When he isn't doing this, he still eats every 1.5 hours for about 40 minutes around the clock.

Any tips or advice before I start pulling my hair out? Desperate to get even 30 minutes of him off my raw nipples.
