Suspecting endo

Hey guys, so I have very irregular periods with small spotting at least 3 days after my period. My periods are painful and I'm bloated 75% of the time. I also have pelvic pain on my left side although I do get pelvic pain on my right side too. I have a lot of lower back pain but its bearable. I'm not sure if this is just a harmless cyst or endo. Because as I get older my periods are way worse (I'm 17). I do have an appointment with my regular doctor to discuss my symptoms and to talk about getting on birth control to hopefully help. Does anyone else have these symptoms? What should I do?
