Telling my parents?

We are telling our parents about the pregnancy and I will only be about 9 weeks... I’m so scared I will tell them to soon and “jinx” it

I am 5 weeks today and was struggling with this decision too! They way I am looking at it is my parents (personally) are 2 of my biggest supporters. They have been there for me through every up and down. So I am having them over for dinner this week to tell them because even if the pregnancy does not go smoothly (which I am praying for us both that it will 😚) at least I will have them there for support no matter what!!

I told my parents within a week after finding out I was pregnant and I was only about 5 weeks. My husband also told his parents and his sisters right away. I haven't told my brothers yet but I plan to tell them in the next week and I'm 10 weeks now. For us, it was important to tell our parents right away so they can support us no matter what. I just had my first appointment today and we heard the heartbeat. No ultrasound yet but I will be scheduling one for this week or next!
