First time mom with a few questions!!

Hello everyone! My husband and I just found out we are expecting on Thursday! I am estimated to be at 5 weeks today. I have my first RN appointment in 2 days. They said they will be doing blood work. What all will they be looking for at this appt? I am assuming Hcg levels and basic metabolic panel to make sure my other levels are normal. What else should I expect at this appt? Then I have my first MD appt on Sept 9th. I will be 8 weeks then. Will they do an ultrasound at that appointment?

Overall I am feeling pretty good. A few pressure pains (nothing like my normal period pain), no spotting, some breast tenderness, and a bit fatigued. I am 29yo and have never experienced a pregnancy before! I have not told anyone other than my husband so I feel a bit in the dark right now so any insight would be much appreciated!

We are so excited for this little jellybean I just dont want to obsess and get myself worked up with anxiety of not knowing what to expect!! Thank you all so much!!
