Social credit score system for dog owners?

Not a fan. As much as I would love to catch the owner of the dog who leaves dinosaur dumps by my mailbox and give them a piece of my mind, I don't think taking someone's pet to teach a lesson is a good idea. Where would these pets go? How long will they be away from their owner? And more importantly, how many will come back as completely different dogs? It's like throwing dogs in a cage to punish the owner and it only hurts the dog. So that's a hard no from me.

I see all sorts of potential problems related to implementing a system like that, but I’d fucking love it here honestly. 
I like dogs a lot. I don’t like owners who can’t or won’t properly manage their dogs. I’ve had two different random ass dogs jump on me in the last couple of years. Luckily they were both being playful, not aggressive, but I don’t want a strangers dog on me at all. Especially with my fucked up knee and vision issues. I’d love to make those owners take a dog parenting class.

I think that’s great. The piles of dog shit everywhere drive me nuts. I clean up after my dog, you need to clean up after yours. It’s not that hard and it pisses me off that I have to look at tons of poop every time I walk my dog.

Good. I wish it was that way here too... ESPECIALLY the leash thing. I don't want your freaking 80 pound pitbull running amok near my house while my 10 pound dogs are trying to go pee, sorry. Also, 100% agree with the cleaning up poop thing. It's litter and if you can't pick up litter after you or something in your possession has put it there, you need to work on yourself before bringing that second thing in.

It seems like a decent idea, but how would they know which bowel movement belongs to which dog after the owner and dog walk away?

How about  the score system reflecting if you're  a shit dog parent also 🤔 you get a certain amount of points and dog  get a new home that isn't neglected or abused
