Please help - vulva after birth

I am six weeks postpartum. I had a first degree tear up, rather than down, during birth and I wasn’t stitched. Now I have healed separately. Before I had one piece of skin underneath my clitoris but now it’s healed in two. It makes my vagina entrance look massive and it looks disgusting compared to what it did.

Has anyone else had anything remotely similar? Does it ever go back to normal? If it doesn’t, can cosmetic surgeons fix it? I am desperate- I can’t even think about my husband touching me and I cry every time I think about it.
