Cramps in early pregnancy
So this post is for anyone that has cramping and most importantly cramping while pregnant. I am currently 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and have been having period like cramps due to constipation and my uterus expanding for baby and I have found that if you have an extra long body pillow it helps!!! Just lay on your left side and put one end between your legs/knees and have it close to your tummy and hug it with your right arm. It takes a minute to find a comfy way, but I am here to say that it has helped me tremendously! It especially helps you if you’re a bigger queen (like me).
