6th IuI need positive vibes!!

Luck, prayers, whatever you believe in is needed! Hi, please wish me luck having my 6th IUI tomorrow morning. I have unexplained fertility. We did 4 IUI’s in 2107 and took a mental and physical break! This will be my 2nd IUI this time around. Received good news at my ultrasound today! 19mm on left and right ovary! 🙌🏼 lining was perfect Dr. says. I took 750mg of letrozole and 300 Gonal F! I was given Ovidrel at this mornings apt. I am feeling hopeful but I have been disappointed so many times. I just want this to be our miracle! I 🙏🏼 for this to be our time! Baby dust to all and if anyone has any advice for TWW let me know:)
