Question- baby poop- sickness

So im going to make this as short and easy to understand as i can lol. Ive been having issues with my gallbladder for a long time. Right before i wad going to get it removed my daughters poop had been very green and mucousy. She is 8 weeks old. I called the doctors office and they said that its ok without any other symptoms. Got my gallbladder out. Had complications with really high liver enzymes (alt 1,800) so i was gone in the hospital for 3 days and my daughter had formula. Her poop cleared right up into normal formula fed poop. I was finally aloud to breastfeed again last night, now that the meds have left my system. This morning her poop is right back to green and mucousy! Is she getting like an infection from my body? Can liver problems cause this to happen? I don't know. The doctor doesn't have an explanation either and I cant get to her doctor til Wednesday. Anyone have an experience with this?
