Working and babies

So I have a 6 month old and right now I work at Dairy Queen. I work 4-5 days 7 hour shifts. But I’m not making enough money. So I’m applying for a factory that would be 4 days 12 hour shifts. I’d make $14 an hour and be working from 7am-7pm. Does anyone work a shift similar to this? And if you do, do you feel like you see your kids enough or you have enough time in the day after you work to spend time with them? I’m just worried about missing him too much
